    We liked service and staff here. If you plan to visit jiangtou park, don't pass this hotel up. We totally recommend and return to the place. The property was so close to Xiamen train station.

    Friendly staff and clean room. Convenient location near shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of outlets to charge our devices.

    The bathroom was a bit outdated and in need of some maintenance. The breakfast spread was not very organized and some items were not restocked in a timely manner.

    During our romantic escape, we appreciated the spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view from the window. We also enjoyed the service provided by the friendly staff who were always happy to help. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby.

    Sadly, we were not impressed by the quality of the breakfast. The food was cold, and there wasn't much variety. Additionally, the gym was not well-equipped, with only a few machines available. Finally, the noise from the street traffic and other guests could be heard through the thin walls, making it difficult to sleep at times.

    This hotel is a luxurious venue that exceeded our expectations in terms of exclusive amenities. the service was outstanding, with friendly and professional staff eager to assist. We enjoyed a relaxing Spa & wellness center experience, with a sauna, indoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi available. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for soaking up the sun on comfortable sun loungers in the garden area.

    The only minor issue we experienced was the limited dinner choices at the onsite restaurant. the quality of the food and the special diet menus offered more than made up for it.

    The international brand offers a variety of Western breakfast options alongside Chinese cuisine. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with complimentary fresh fruit. The upgraded room provided a pleasant experience. Friendly staff and good service. Also has a quality Lounge club available at an affordable price.

    The hotel has an excellent location, just right on the city centre and much on the sightseeing. the metro station is nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. the main restaurant offers plenty of choices for breakfast, and the staff is excellent in providing quality service. the rooms are big and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and toiletries provided.

    The gym may not be suitable for those looking for a peaceful workout as it may get crowded with children.

    We loved that this hotel was close to everything but still quiet. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cleanliness and proximity to the expo center. The staff were really nice too make sure we felt taken care of, and the breakfast was delicious.

    My new year stay was fantastic! The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. They even offered us two complementary drinks upon arrival. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed exploring the area and trying out the local cuisine. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

    We did have a bit of trouble with the language barrier at times. Some of the staff had a hard time understanding us, which led to some communication issues.

    Luxurious stay with exceptional amenities. the hotel boasts an indoor swimming pool, spa centre, and a beautifully landscaped garden area with sun loungers. the restaurant serves delectable dishes and offers an in-room breakfast option. Private facilities were exclusive and made us feel pampered. the service was phenomenal, with staff catering to all of our needs promptly.

    The Jacuzzi in the spa centre was not working when we visited. the hotel could have communicated this beforehand or at check-in, as it was a minor inconvenience.
